went to pittsburgh for my mom's retirement and caught the bucs playing. its been half a lifetime since they were good. the city is absolutely buzzing.
spent the 4th of july at the beach doing alot of this.
went to fl to celebrate my grandpa's 99th.
i raced in charlotte. fun stuff. and my new "yikes! pull your elbows in while running" photo.
i made some amazing banana bread.
i somehow make it to work.. some days even on time...(no this is NOT my view. it is a made up photo of cotton. cotton doesnt grow in gorgeous places next to pretty ponds).
i have no need for an aparatus of this kind.
