i heart the mail man

cause he brings me lots of good things!

really i could be done with christmas right now. a fresh bag of yorks? WOW. these are tops on my list. errr lists. such as "favorite candy, favorite after dinner treat, thing that will bribe me to do you a favor, something i can pair with a nice white wine, things that remind me of home when i'm traveling, things that will instantly make me happy"...

THANKS J!!!

unfortunately. i left the mailing envelope on the table and one of the dogs (i suspect madison, the blond on this one cause she also eats GU wrappers and granola bar wrappers out of the trash..) decided to see if there was any york flavor left in the paper...

GUILTY!!

ok so also today, my new trainer arrived!! sweet. many would be appaled at the current (or should i say previous) trainer i had been using.. i bought it off of craigs list for $60 from a really crazy lady who, when i met her to exchange cash for said trainer gave me a rather long monologue about her cats. WTF? anyhoo... had the inagural ride tonight and WOW - its like going from cement socks to a jet pack.
here i am all set up.

oh and i did get one more thing in the mail that scared the living crap out of me.. and i thought for sure a court date or perhaps a heavy fine was in my future..

i saw the envelope... US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.. uh oh.. then i read : federal investigative services decision. SH*T. i was racking my brain to see what in the world i have done (and trust me a few things did come to mind!) that the feds would be after me... BUT turns out, it was merely a sort of background check for a friend of mine who will be doing some consulting..

if i didnt like her so much i would have sooo much fun filling this thing out!

Your letter reminds me of the time the Connecticut State Police called me at work. Talk about a heart attack! They were just doing a background check on my brother since he was in the process of becoming a trooper.

I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the new trainer!

Love it! And looking at the picture, I can now see how you'd freak out somewhat. At least they try to make it somewhat upbeat by saying 'Have a nice day!'

BTW, thank you for liking me enough to only say nice things!! ;)

Now we'll match on our trainer rides! Which need to commence after the New Year. It may just be me and you, but it'll be time put up or shut up.
